Standard maintenance is very important for operational excellence. For these reason, we have carefully analysed and recorded the industry’s global best practices to create our minimum standards which cover all aspects of a terminal’s lifecycle in the aspects of Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Operations, as well as technical and project management.
Committed to Zero Injuries, Illnesses and Incidents:
We believe that all injuries and occupational illnesses, as well as safety and environmental incidents, are preventable, and are committed to a goal of zero for all of them.
Highest Standards of Performance, Business Excellence:
We will adhere to the highest standards for the safe operation of facilities and the protection of our environment, our employees, our customers and the people of the communities in which we do business.
Management and Employee Commitment, Accountability:
Management is responsible to educate, train and motivate employees to understand and comply with this commitment and applicable laws.

Extensive quality management over the last years has resulted in the improvement of our general operational safety, this has brought the quality of the terminals and ships up to the highest level.
A Total Infrastructure Renovation:
New pipes have been installed, electricity cables replaced, a new steam boiler put into operation and more than 50 percent of the tanks have been renewed, a substantial proportion of which are stainless steel. The risk of breakdown or contamination of products has been minimized with the newly developed automation system. This controls pipes, connections, valves, and tanks in such a way that human error is virtually eliminated. Fast, clean and safe. That’s to everyone’s benefit. Our staff are highly trained and competent to perform their various duties according to our quality standards.
